Andrew Ilardi earned his Bachelors degree from Adelphi University graduating Summa Cum Laude in 2007.  In 2009 he received his Masters degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology from Hofstra University graduating with high honors.  During his studies he developed  knowledge of both survey methodology and statistics.  In addition to the required analysis of variance (ANOVA) statistics class he took multivariate analysis (Regression) and factor analysis at the Ph.D level.

What is he doing now?  Currently, Andrew Ilardi is employed at a market research firm and pursues independent research & consultant opportunities.  Read more about his research here.  Additionally, his work on employee engagement will be featured in the Human Resources Institute of Alberta’s (HRIA) Network Magazine this coming March.
