Andrew Ilardi earned his Bachelors degree from Adelphi University graduating Summa Cum Laude in 2007.  In 2009 he received his Masters degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology from Hofstra University graduating with high honors.  Desiring to further his education in statistics he enrolled in Nassau Community College to develop the calculus foundations required for advanced statistic procedures.

He has been published in Network Magazine as well as the Journal of  Organizational Psychology.  Currently, Andrew Ilardi is a day trader working in North Carolina.
